DDA Flats Scheme, Distribution, Allotment, Eligibility Criteria, Price & Availablity 

The Festival Special Flats Scheme 2023 was approved by the DDA on 15 November. The scheme would offer approximately 32,000 newly constructed flats in various categories in several sites, including Dwarka, Lok Nayak Puram, and Narela.

The DDA Flats Scheme 2023 has been made public by the DDA. The recently announced DDA flats Scheme 2023 would make over 4,000 apartments available to the public.

The DDA Flats Scheme 2023 will take a new approach to the DDA housing lottery, departing from the established methods. The DDA Flats Scheme 2023 will let interested candidates select their apartment whenever it is most convenient for them, rather than imposing strict deadlines.

Distribution of DDA Flats

Depending on where they are located, these apartments are being auctioned under the program through two alternative methods: E-auction and First Come First Serve (FCFS).

Lok Nayak Puram

  • Whereas MIG can only obtain 600 apartments, those in the EWS category would receive about 900 flats. 


  • The DDA has made almost 5,000 homes available to the EWS category under the Diwali Housing Scheme 2023. The MIG and HIG categories have been allocated 1,900 and 1,600 units, respectively.

Dwarka Sector 19B

  • Prior to Diwali, the authorities had assigned more than 700 apartments in Dwarka Sector 19B to the EWS category, 900 to MIG, and 170 to SHIG. This scheme covers a total of 14 penthouses

DDA Flats 2023 Allotment 

DDA will only issue demand-cum-allotment letters online, and the applicant’s online portal will have access to them. The recipient must deposit the requested amount within ninety-nine days in order to avoid incurring interest charges.

Possession letters will only be given online following payment of the requested sum and submission of the necessary paperwork. 

The DDA Housing Scheme 2023 will use a computer-generated draw based on a special random number methodology as the method of allocation. 

DDA Flats Eligibility Criteria & Documents Required 

It is essential to confirm your eligibility for a DDA apartment before submitting an application for the DDA Flats .Here are the requirements for eligibility: 

  • Eighteen years or older
  • A citizen of India is required. 
  • Each application should contain one candidate. Should a candidate wish to apply under more than one category, the higher category’s registration cost will be charged. 
  • Husband and wife may each apply on their own. If both of them are selected in the draw, only one of them will be able to keep the flat. 

Here are the requirements for Documents: 

  • The Economically Weaker Section is the only group whose members must have annual incomes. e of Rs. 3 lakh or less. 
  • A self-certified PAN card copy. 
  • Any of the following Ration cards, voter ID cards, Aadhar cards, phone bills, passports, bank passbooks, electricity bills, and water the last two fiscal years’ ITRs.
  • A passport-sized photo of the applicant in jpg, png, or jpeg file that is no more than 50 kilobytes. 
  • The applicant’s signature, is no more than 50 kilobytes in size, in jpg, png, or jpeg format. 
  • It should be noted that the joint applicant’s signature and photo, if applicable, must be given in the same format. 

DDA Flats Price & Availability 

Flats in EWS may fetch a price tag of Rs 11–14 lakh. LIG apartments will be offered for sale for between Rs 14 and Rs 30 lakh. MIG apartments might start at Rs 1 crore, HIG apartments at Rs 2.50 crore, and Super HIG apartments at Rs 3 crore.

In Dwarka Sector 19B, there are more than 700 apartments available in the EWS category and 900 in the MIG category. According to the DDA statement, there are 170 flats available under the SHIG category, and 14 penthouses are ready

There are 1,900 apartments in the MIG category, 1,600 in the HIG category, and 5,000 in the EWS portion of Narela. There are about 600 units in the MIG category and 200 flats in the EWS category at Loknayak Puram.

How to apply for DDA Flats?
