Now that the majority of our actions have been settled, these companies owe my office more than $40 million. All of these payments are being returned to customers who fulfill the qualifying requirements by the Attorney General’s Office

Households with just one member will get a $50 return cheque. Families with two or more members will get a $120 return cheque. These cheques were first sent on December 5, 2023. Please give cheques 7 to 14 days to arrive at their destination.

If I Don’t receive a refund check?

If you are qualified to receive a refund check but have not yet received it in the mail, if you have misplaced or lost your check, or if you need a re-issuance for any reason, you have until May 1, 2024, to submit a request for a reissue of your refund check.
